Kingdom Casino review: the payout caps in its own terms
Softon LTD’s Kingdom Casino is separate from Casino Kingdom. Its Anjouan licence doesn’t change its terms: UK residents and UK connections are barred. May 2026 archived terms set withdrawals at €100 minimum, €1,000 daily and €2,000 weekly.
Terms and FAQ: archive copies of May 2026 (terms dated March 13, 2024). Homepage: 30 September 2026. Nothing was deposited.
Softon’s licence: Kingdom and 9 sisters

Why can’t you sign up from the UK?
The contract rules it out.
It’s a promise you’d make when registering, since clause 3.4.4 has you confirm you’re not in a barred country, and the United Kingdom is on that list. A complaint wouldn’t get far either. Anjouan’s complaint process leaves out “Complaints from players in excluded territories”
, and these terms exclude the United Kingdom.

How much can a bonus actually pay out?
Less than the package size suggests, because of one clause.
Clause 7.10 includes profits from the cash tied to your bonus.
Illustration, not an offer: the two caps at work
- A €250 bonus can win at most 10 × €250 = €2,500, no matter how well the spins go.
- Where the offer sets no other cap, a €20 bonus given without a deposit pays out at most €100, because €100 is more than 2 × €20 = €40; anything above it, including later winnings from that money, is removed even after a deposit.
Gross ceilings on winnings, from clauses 7.10 and 7.8, before any deduction. Ask to withdraw before the wagering is done and the casino can take back the bonus and any winnings from it, and nothing won without a deposit can be withdrawn until a first deposit is made. These aren’t profit, and they don’t show what a bonus costs to clear.
While a bonus is active, you can bet at most €2, and the terms forfeit any winnings from a bigger bet. Clause 7.6 bars a long list of slots, Book of Dead and Rainbow Riches from the lobby’s own popular row among them, and buying bonus features inside a game is banned too.
Sports and live casino bonuses are stranger still: clause 7.15 keeps each to its own games, yet clause 7.10 doesn’t count those bets towards wagering.

How long would a large withdrawal take?
At least five requests, and three passes under the weekly cap.
The caps come with a frequency rule: you get one pending request per payment method and, depending on the method, only one request in 24 hours. The terms don’t say when the weekly allowance resets, and that decides how long a large balance takes.
Illustration, gross, before any payment-provider fee: €5,000 needs at least 5 requests (5 × €1,000 = €5,000) and has to fit under the €2,000 weekly cap three times (€2,000 + €2,000 + €1,000 = €5,000).
Three conditions come first. Your first deposit has to be staked at least once, a request can be refused while your total bets are below your last deposit, and any bonus wagering must be finished.
On fees, the May 2026 copy of Kingdom’s FAQ says the casino charges nothing on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may still charge. Clause 3.5.4 lets the casino close an account and pay out the balance after deducting charges it never defines.

Who runs Kingdom Casino, and is its licence still valid?
Softon LTD, says the footer, on a licence the register lists to September 2027.
The footer says the site “is owned and operated by Softon LTD”
, a line that first appears in copies from May 2026. The contract you’d sign is vaguer: clause 1.2 says only “The Company is licensed.”
When the row was read on 24 September 2026, it still showed 6 September 2026, a date already past; by 5 October 2026 it showed 6 September 2027. Softon wasn’t on the Authority’s suspended or revoked lists either.
Softon’s row reads “Valid”, which isn’t one of the four statuses the Authority defines (Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired), and its definitions page says only an Active licence authorises gaming. Those dates don’t independently establish an active certificate.
The licence is Anjouan’s, but clause 18.1 puts the contract under Curaçao law and the Joint Court of Justice that serves Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten. The about page, archived in April 2026, calls Kingdom “a well-known and long-established brand that can be trusted”
, though the archive’s first record of kingdomcasino.io dates from August 2025.
If the casino is ever found liable to you, clause 11.7 limits what it pays to the lower of €500 and the stakes on the bets concerned.

Which web address is the real Kingdom Casino?
One domain on the licence, several that borrow the name.
The one Kingdom Casino address you’ll find on Softon’s register row is kingdomcasino.io. These borrow the name (read 24 September 2026, none linked):
- kingdoms.casino says Softon runs it under the same licence, yet it isn’t on the register row.
- kingdomcasino.org.uk names a Curaçao licence.
- kingdomcasinoofficial.com says it serves players in the UK, which Kingdom Casino’s own terms bar.
The old Kingdom Casino at kingdomcasino.com was a Dama N.V. site that closed in December 2024.

Who hears a complaint, and by when?
The casino’s own process comes first. Anjouan’s route follows only in some cases.
- Start on live chat or by email. Clause 15.1 sends a complaint to the support team first. Clause 15.3 aims to settle a chat complaint within 2 weeks. For a complex case, the terms promise contact within 8 weeks, with an answer or a reason for the delay.
- Keep to the time limits. Game outcomes: within 7 calendar days of the session. Payouts, suspensions and bonus calculations: within 1 calendar month.
- Escalate in writing. Send an unresolved chat complaint to complaints@kingdomcasino.io within 7 calendar days of the incident. The terms aim to answer within 60 business days.
- Go outside the casino within 365 days. Clause 15.4.3 allows independent dispute resolution, arbitration or a court within 365 days of the session. The terms name no dispute body.
- Check whether Anjouan’s route applies. Anjouan does not handle complaints itself. Its process sends them to the operator through the site seal, and the operator has 30 calendar days to respond. Game disputes are due within 14 calendar days of the session. After 30 days, an unresolved complaint can go to EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V. This route excludes players in barred territories, including the UK.
Keep your chats, emails and the terms in force at the time, and work to the shorter game-dispute deadline: 7 days in the terms, 14 in Anjouan’s policy.

Is closing the account enough if you want to stop?
Not here. A closure can be undone after 30 days, and a self-exclusion can’t be shortened.
If you want to stop, self-exclusion is the stronger tool. You ask for it by email, sent from the address you registered with, it starts once the casino emails back to confirm, and from then on it can’t be shortened or cancelled. While it runs, you can’t log in or withdraw, and bets already open still settle.
Clause 3.5.2 calls a closure permanent, then sets it at 30 days. Clause 12.1 also says a self-excluded account stays inactive until you advise otherwise, which sits awkwardly beside the no-shortening rule, so keep the confirmation email and the period you chose.
Back the exclusion up with blocking software such as Gamban on each phone and computer you use. If gambling’s taking more money or time than you’d planned, talk to someone today. In England and Scotland, GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline answers on 0808 8020 133. For callers in Wales, NHS Wales runs its own gambling helpline on 0808 2819 265. Both are free and open day and night, and Safer gambling sets out how each blocking tool works.
